Christmas Gingerbread Houses

Made from Scratch, these Gingerbread houses were alot of fun to put together, first time Ive ever made and decorated gingerbread houses, and let me tell you they are not a fast process thing. Alot of time is required from making the dough cooking, cooling, decorating and then letting the royal icing harden before then starting to put the walls together then giving time again for the icing to harden before putting the roof on. Time and alot of patience is required if you want to give these a go, even if they are a bought kit.
