Loved making this cake for Mum for Mothers Day. First carved cake.

This lovely Louis Vuitton creation was a huge hit at work, where I put it in the staff kitchen, and I had people coming in trying to pick it up as they thought it was a real handbag. Imagine their surprise, when I said...don't pick it up, it's a cake! Double take. Lovely work of art Courtney, and delicious to boot. Thank you.
